Only holders of Coverd Cash are eligible to participate in the sweepstakes contest. Coverd cash is strictly used as proof of eligibility for the sweepstakes contest and has no monetary value. Your odds of winning and the amount that you may win will not depend on the amount of Coverd Cash you hold.

Your win probability depends on the prize amount and how much you play. The formula is:

Win probability approximately = (Your play amount) ÷ (Prize amount)

For example:

• If you’re playing for a 1,000 prize and you play 10, your chance to win is approximately 10/1000.
• If you play 50, your chance to win increases to approximately 50/1000.

Coverd Cash is real and redeemable for cash prizes. Bonus balance is promotional credit (from welcome bonuses, challenges, referrals, etc.) that’s used for playing — it can’t be redeemed directly, but it unlocks into Coverd Cash as you play.

Yes, there are a few important guidelines regarding redemptions:

Gameplay Requirement: Coverd Cash itself cannot be redeemed directly. It is intended for gameplay purposes only. You must use your Coverd Cash to play our games, and only the winnings generated from that gameplay become eligible for prize redemption.

The 300 Coverd Cash Promotional Play Limit: If you are playing entirely on promotional Coverd Cash (such as mail-in requests or daily bonuses) and have never made a Practice Coin purchase, your maximum lifetime prize redemption is limited to 300 Coverd Cash. Making your first Practice Coin purchase instantly upgrades your account and removes this limit for all future gameplay!

Standard Limits: All redemptions are subject to our standard minimum (50 CC) and state-specific maximums (such as 5,000 CC per period in NY and FL).

(Note: When making your first purchase to upgrade your account, any promotional balance exceeding the 300 CC limit will be automatically adjusted. Please see Section 9 of our Sweepstakes Rules for full details).

Your Coverd Cash is always used first. If your Coverd Cash runs out, your Bonus balance automatically steps in to cover the rest so you can keep playing.

Every play automatically converts a portion of your Bonus into real Coverd Cash — even on a loss. Coverd original games unlock 5% of your play amount per round (roughly 20 plays to fully convert a bonus). Partner games unlock 3% per round (~33 plays), and some select games unlock 1% per round (~100 plays).

Winnings are split the same way your play was funded. If you played with 100% Coverd Cash, you win 100% Coverd Cash. If you played with a mix, winnings are split the same way. Playing entirely on Bonus? Winnings go back to your Bonus balance — giving you more to keep unlocking.

Yes — your Bonus balance expires after 30 days of account inactivity. Keep playing to keep it active.
